Before ordering
Include the product name and the information you need about fit, product details or delivery. Do not assume dimensions, materials or performance from a design illustration.
Order support
Include your order number and the email used at checkout. For an address correction or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible; changes may no longer be possible once fulfillment has begun.
Returns, damage or an incorrect item
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return request. Tell us the issue and provide relevant photographs when useful. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping anything. The Shenzhen company address below is our approved return address; the Hong Kong business contact address is not a return destination.

Use “Privacy request” in your subject line. Send only the information needed to identify your request; do not email full payment-card information or account passwords.
