Effective October 9, 2026. Elzavory is operated by Shenzhen Divini Technology Co., Ltd.. By using this store and placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Using the store
Provide accurate order and contact information and use the store lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with security or infringe others' rights. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or appropriate authorization.
Products and illustrations
Read each product description before ordering and contact us about missing fit or specification information. Images are AI-generated design illustrations, not photographs of independently verified physical items. Colors can vary by screen. Background props are not included. We do not make unsupported material, sizing, certification, slip-resistance or orthopedic claims.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are displayed in USD. The checkout total shows applicable shipping and taxes collected through the store. Payment must be authorized and complete. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not require us to fulfill an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be accepted. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover a material pricing error, we will contact you and provide an appropriate correction or refund. We will not impose an increased price without your agreement.
Changes and cancellations
Contact service@elzavory.com promptly to request a correction or cancellation. Fulfillment status determines whether a request can be implemented. We may cancel orders in cases such as suspected fraud, unavailable goods or legal restrictions, and refund payments due for cancelled items.
Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Return Policy describe charges, processing and transit estimates, return eligibility and remedies. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. These policies do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Use and care
Choose footwear suitable for the surface and activity. Confirm fit and follow supplied care instructions. Exercise care on wet or uneven surfaces, inspect for wear and stop using damaged footwear. The collection is presented for home styling; no medical or safety-performance promise is made.
Content and third-party services
Store text, designs and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Do not reproduce them unlawfully. Third-party links and services may have their own terms; we do not control their content or practices.
Privacy and responsibility
Read our Privacy Policy for information handling. We seek to keep the store accurate and available, but temporary errors or interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply where you live. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Any court proceedings must respect applicable mandatory jurisdiction requirements.
Updates and responsible contact
